Session duration, practice days, how often to come

Sessions are 55 minutes.

My practice days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Hakomi is a flexible approach and we can agree on how many sessions and how often you would like to receive a session, as we work together.  After three sessions you should have a sense of whether you have received what you need or want to continue to self-study.

Cost

£75 payable by cash or online. Concession rates are available. Please ask.

Cancellation: 24 hours notice is requested otherwise the full fee is payable.

Sessions are in peaceful therapy rooms seven minutes walk from Kentish Town tube. There is also metered parking and nearby bus links.
